The main purpose of the Center for Information and Communication Technologies is to create and constantly develop information systems that meet modern requirements. The Center is constantly working to increase the level of training and development of e-governance skills of academic and teaching staff in the use of information technology. For this purpose, the Center organizes regular trainings with the support of professional teachers and trainers to create conditions for increasing IT skills.

The Center includes Software and Technical Support departments.

Thanks to "Electronic University System", "E-journal" and "Student Cabinet" electronic systems launched by the Software Department for 7 years, university-teacher, university-student, teacher-student relations have already been electronic. The main goal of the department is to identify areas beyond automation and involve them in the automation process.

The activity of the Technical Support Department is based on ensuring the reliable and continuous operation of the Internet, as well as the technical base under the control of the department. In this regard, the appeals received by the department are registered in the electronic system and appropriate measures are taken on the spot.
