A seminar titled "Modern Construction Insulation Issues and Solutions" dedicated to Builders' Day was held at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC). The seminar was attended by the professorial team and students of the Materials Science department of AzUAC, as well as representatives from "Metanat A" Company. The dean of the Construction Faculty, associate professor Sahib Farzaliyev delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of the topic. He discussed the relevance of insulation problems related to heat and water, as well as research conducted at AzUAC in addressing these issues. During his speech, professor Irada Shirinzade, the head of the Materials Science department drew attention to the quality of construction materials produced in our country and praised the activities of "Metanat A" in this regard. An associate professor at the department Dr. Yasin Khalilov in general spoke about the concept of insulation, the benefits of heat and water insulation in the construction sector and its economic efficiency. Highlighting the importance of thermal and hydro insulation as one of the crucial aspects in the construction sector, Dr. Yasin Khalilov touched upon the significance of research in this direction. Subsequently, the representatives from "Metanat A" company, Mujgan Bashirova, presented the company, while Orkhan Kochar spoke on the topic of "Identification of the Problem and Steps Taken Towards Its Solution." The seminar continued in a discussion format and the questions asked by the students were answered. Additionally, discussions took place regarding students' internships at the company and the allocation of scholarships to students.
