Pilot Training Week Organized Within the Framework of WORK4CE Project at AzUAC Concludes

The Pilot Training Week organized for students at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC) has come to an end.

The main classes of the Pilot Training Week, carried out within the framework of CBHE WORK4CE project of Erasmus+ KA2 program of the European Union, were held at AzUAC.
The classes were conducted by an international team of professors and teachers in specially designated classrooms and laboratories at the university’s campus. Meetings, roundtable discussions, and workshops were held at AzUAC in accordance with agenda of the Pilot Training Week.

Representatives from universities of Ukraine, Belgium, Spain, Germany, including professors Galina Tabunshchyk, Carolina Cruz, Jon Aretxaga, Peter Arras, Tegoeh Tjahjowidodo, Dino Schoenberg, and Thorsten Ruben, who are members of the project, delivered lectures tailored to the students’ needs based on the project’s modules, shared their international experiences, and worked on group assignments together.

It should be noted that the Pilot Training Week which was a part of the project, covering six European and three Azerbaijani higher education institutions, was first implemented in Germany, Belgium, and finally in Azerbaijan. If the international experience formed on the basis on the modules of the project proves successful, it is expected to be applied to real classes in the future.
