Project to Enhance Entrepreneurship Education of Our Teachers To Be funded by EEUK
A project proposed by colleagues of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC) will be funded by Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK) based in the United Kingdom.
AzUAC which is also a member of EEUK, is a globally renowned organization that brings together and supports educators in institutions and entrepreneurship, providing excellence in institution and entrepreneurship education worldwide.
The competition, a continuation of the "Creative Spark" projects in the United Kingdom announced by the organization last year, selected and awarded AzUAC's proposed project.
Entitled "Exploration and Integration of Entrepreneurial Culture and Thinking in Azerbaijani Higher Education," the project was prepared by the university's lecturers Kenan Huseynov, Konul Aghayeva and Isa Muradov under the organization of the Strategic planning department of AzUAC. Through this project, entrepreneurial thinking will be explored and best practices will be applied to the higher education curriculum. Ultimately, these findings will be presented at a conference planned to be held in the United Kingdom.
The budget allocated for the project, which was planned to be implemented over one year, is £5,000. It is envisaged that in the future, the project will be presented to other universities in the form of articles and reports, thereby supporting teaching activities in other higher education institutions and contributing to the enhancement of entrepreneurship education in the country as a whole.
Within the framework of the project, studies with various focus groups, surveys, investigations and researches are planned.
