Power of a Leader is Measured by Their Influence on Those Around Them - Seminar on Leadership and Public Speaking Held for Our Students

A meeting with the trainer Bahman Gudsi as part of the “100MİN” (“100Thousand”) program organized by the Student Youth Organization (SYO) was held at theAzerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC).

 

During the meeting, Bahman Gudsi spoke about the theories of leadership, its characteristics, methods for developing these characteristics, and the power resources of leadership to the students, focusing on the topic of “Leadership and Public Speaking”. He emphasized that the power of a leader is measured by their influence on those around them, and the behaviors of people in the team.

 

Furthermore, emphasizing the importance of public speaking skills for every individual in all areas of society,the trainer provided information on the principles of public speaking, public speaking skills, ways to increase vocabulary, self-expression issues, and solutions during the seminar.

 

At the end of the meeting, students’ questions were answered, and a group photo was taken.
