Graduates of Other Higher Educational Institutions Prefer to Study in Master’s and MBA Programs at AzUAC
The number of students admitted to the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC) Master’s and MBA programs for the 2023-2024 academic year has increased compared to previous years. This year, out of a total of 727 students enrolled to AzUAC, 430 students were enrolled in Master programs, and 297 in MBA program.
This year, the number of graduates from other higher education institutions admitted to the university was higher. Thus, 487 graduates out of 727, in other words 67%, are graduates from other higher education institutions. In general, the statistics of the last five years indicate that graduates from other higher education institutions prefer to study in Master’s and MBA programs at AzUAC. 56% of those enrolled in 2019, 57% in 2020, 69% in 2021, 60% in 2022, and 67% in 2023 were graduates from other higher education institutions.
Among the students enrolled in the Master’s program, including the MBA program, 649 students study in Azerbaijani, 46 in English, and 32 in Russian sections.
It should be noted that students were enrolled in 54 Master’s programs in 27 specialties of AzUAC in the 2023/2024 academic year. The number of planned places of the enrollment was 770, and the number of actual admissions was 727, which means that 94.4% of the planned places were filled.
