An Agreement Was Reached Between AzUAC and the Eurasian National University of Kazakhstan on the Preparation of a Memorandum on Scientific Cooperation

Professor Nigar Aslanova, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Innovation Issues of the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC) visited the Eurasian National University of Kazakhstan named after Lev Gumilyov.

Professor Nigar Aslanova made a speech at the scientific seminar organized by the Department of Fundamental Mathematics of the university and presented her latest scientific findings to Kazakh scientists. Kazakh academicians, scientists and teachers of the Department participated in the seminar.

Kordon Omarov, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of the Eurasian National University, made a speech and highly appreciated the scientific report delivered, and wished success to the scientist in her future activities. Recommendations were also made to strengthen relations and conduct regular exchange of views on scientific findings during the seminar. 

Within the framework of the visit, Professor Nigar Aslanova also held meetings with the Deans, Heads of Departments and teaching staff of the Departments of Mechanics and Mathematics, Architecture and Construction of the Eurasian National University. The scientific and potential areas of cooperation between AzUAC and the Eurasian National University were discussed during the meetings.

As a result of the discussions, a preliminary agreement was reached on the preparation of a Memorandum of scientific cooperation between the Department of Architecture and Construction of the Eurasian National University and the Department of Architecture and Construction of AzUAC.

 
It should be noted that the Eurasian National University, located in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, was founded in 1996 on the basis of the merger of Tselinograd Construction Institute with Tselinograd Pedagogical Institute. The university trains specialists in 65 of Bachelor, 68 of Master’s and 38 Doctoral specialties.
