“SDPx: Transformative Period” Conference was held at AUAC

The Central Career Branch of the Public Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population held the conference titled “SDPx: Transformative Period” within the framework of the next in turn “Student Development Platform” (SDPx).  

The purpose of the conference was to share experience with students and provide recommendations of professionals in career planning and integration of students into the labor market. 

162 students, teaching staff and experts from various higher education institutions (HEIs) participated in the conference held at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC).

Natavan Hasanova, Director of the Strategy and Business Development Department of Azercosmos, Space Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Farid Novruzi, the Head of NOVCO Group, Rugiyya Ashrafli, Personal Development Coach, and Subhan Asgarzadeh, Planning Engineer of Great Britain PD&MS Company and the winner of the 3rd “Yüksəliş” (Rise) Competition, took the stage as guest speakers at the conference. 

At the conference, presentations were made by the guest speakers on the topics “Fixed Goal and Critical Path”, “Building Success: You are the Architect”, “Success in Orbit: Purpose, Preparation, Purposefulness”, “Atomic Habits: Small Changes, Remarkable Results” 
The speakers answered the questions of the participants at the end.
