A Scientific Seminar Held on Ensuring Food Safety in Azerbaijan

The seminar took place at the Department of Economic Theory and Marketing. The event was attended by colleagues from the Scientific Research Department of AzUAC, as well as professors and teachers from the Faculty of Construction Economics and the Department of Economic Theory and Marketing.

The speaker, the head of the department, Ofelya Nasirova, delivered a presentation on the topic “Ways to Enhance the Role of the Agricultural Sector in Ensuring Food Security in Azerbaijan” and provided comprehensive information about the evaluation of the current state of food security in Azerbaijan and main directions for ensuring food security. Additionally, she discussed the geopolitical and geo-economic aspects of Azerbaijan’s current situation.

At the end of the scientific seminar, the current state of food security was discussed, ideas were exchanged, and questions related to the topic were answered by the presenter.
