INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE

21-22 April 2022

The scientific conference is dedicated to a wide range of problems of protection and use of architectural heritage, restoration of Azerbaijani architectural heritage preserved in ancient times in Karabakh and East Zangazur and severely damaged by occupation for 30 years, legal aspects of protection of this heritage, as well as urban development and other issues. The conference will discuss issues related to the restoration of architecture and urban planning of the liberated territories, development of recommendations for the rehabilitation of architectural heritage, analysis of the experience of existing management systems in historic cities and the creation of an optimal mechanism.

A wide range of specialists in the field of architectural heritage protection, government agencies responsible for heritage protection, as well as specialists in modern technologies used in urban construction, architects, urban planners, sociologists, culturologists and art critics are invited to participate in the conference.

To participate in the conference, you need to send a thesis of no more than 2-3 pages (or 300 words) and an application to participate in the conference to the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts that do not correspond to the theme of the conference.
The full text of the speeches will be published in a separate volume after the conference.

Deadline for submission of applications and abstracts for participation is 7.02.2022
Deadline for submission of the final report is March 15, 2022
