Our foreign students took part in a tree-planting campaign dedicated to the Victory

On December 2, 2021, within the framework of the "Green Marathon" project organized jointly by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Education, and IDEA Public Union, a tree planting campaign was held under the slogan "From Victory to Green Thinking" in the settlement of Khojasan.

The campaign was attended by leaders of relevant institutions, foreign students studying in Azerbaijan, representatives of higher education institutions, graduates of the "2007-2015 State Program" and "Interstate Scholarship Programs (ISP)." Representatives from the State Migration Service, and Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, also joined the marathon.

The aim of the tree planting campaign was to improve the ecological situation, increase greenery, and promote public activity, as well as to promote education in Azerbaijan. More than 100 foreign students from 17 higher education institutions participated in the autumn tree planting marathon.

At the end of the event, participants' impressions were listened to, and a group photo was taken with them.
