Partnership Agreement Signed between AzMIU and Ankara University

Today, the rector of Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University (AzUAC), Professor Gulchohra Mammadova, met with the rector of Ankara University, Nejdat Unuvar, and his accompanying delegation. The meeting was attended by the university's administration, deans, and department heads.

The rector welcomed the guests and emphasized the high level of Azerbaijan-Turkey relations, stating that the university she leads has been successfully collaborating with Turkey's higher education institutions. She expressed hope for further development in these relations and expansion of mutual cooperation.

The rector of Ankara University thanked his counterpart for the warm reception and expressed his pride in meeting with her. Providing information about his university, the guest proposed beneficial suggestions for the development of bilateral relations between the universities. Additionally, they exchanged ideas about future prospects, organizing joint lectures, conferences, and projects.

During the meeting, a Cooperation Agreement was signed regarding mutual activities in education and science fields. The agreement includes provisions for exchange programs, collaborative research projects on agreed topics, joint publication of research papers and articles, preparation of scientific-technical and methodological projects, and more. After the meeting, the guests visited the Martyrs' Monument at AzUAC, paying tribute to the heroic sons who sacrificed their lives for our homeland.
