Attention to Students Belonging to Socially Vulnerable Groups!
By the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 129 dated May 4, 2021, amendments were made to the decision No. 138 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 13, 2020, and it is envisaged to cover the tuition fees for the summer semester of the academic year 2020-2021 for students who are members of families belonging to socially vulnerable groups and who receive normative education on a paid basis from the state budget.
The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan will activate the acceptance of applications for the payment of tuition fees by the state for students who are members of families belonging to socially vulnerable groups through the e-telebe.edu.azelectronic portal from May 19, 2021.
Students who have already had their tuition fees covered by the state for the fall semester of the academic year 2020-2021 are not required to apply to the e-telebe.edu.az electronic portal for the payment of tuition fees for the summer semester of the same academic year. Based on their applications for the fall semester, their respective statuses will be automatically checked by the electronic information system, and tuition fees will be paid to educational institutions for eligible students, who will receive SMS notifications about this.
Despite being members of families belonging to socially vulnerable groups, students who do not apply to the system or who have recently acquired this status must apply to the e-telebe.edu.az electronic portal for the payment of tuition fees for the summer semester of the academic year 2020-2021 by all means.
The acceptance of applications will be active until June 7.
If you encounter technical problems regarding applications, you can contact the Technical Support service created on the e-telebe.edu.az portal, or if you have additional questions, you can contact your faculty.
Note: The decision does not include students enrolled in higher and normative courses beyond the prescribed period.
