Students Commence Internship at Republic Seismological Service Center

In accordance with the memorandum of agreement signed between the Azerbaijan Architecture and Construction University (AzUAC) and the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), students of AzUAC have commenced their internship at the Republic Seismological Service Center.

The heads of the Department of Emergency Situations and Life Safety at AzUAC, and the leaders of the internship group, Emil Gafarov and Aytan Ahmadova, met with the director of RSSC at ANAS, academician, and professor Gurban Yetirmishli. The director noted the necessity of collaboration between educational institutions and scientific organizations, providing information about the efforts undertaken to enhance the level of preparedness of potential staff at the center. Gurban Yetirmishli emphasized that the exchange of internships would contribute to the work carried out in the relevant scientific departments of the center, expressing confidence in the positive outcomes of mutual collaboration. Emil Gafarov, the seniourteacher of AzUAC, expressed gratitude for the conditions created by the center's management to enhance the students' level of knowledge.
