Cooperation Agreement Signed between AzUAC and 166 Global Logistics LLC
On December 4th, Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction (AzUAC) held a meeting with 166 Global Logistics LLC. Ulkar Sattarova, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development of AzUAC, warmly welcomed the guests and expressed gratitude to the company's leadership for initiating the joint logistics-academic collaboration. She voiced her hope that the collaboration would encompass a variety of real activities in different directions.
Ruslan Imamguliyev, Director of 166 Global LogisticsLLC, expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration in his address. He outlined the collaborative activities planned with the faculty and students of the Transportation Department. Elchin Yusifzade, the dean of the Transportation Department, announced that admission to the logistics and transportation technologies specialization would commence next year. He emphasized that the partnership would benefit both the academic staff and students. Information about the establishment of the Logistics Center at the faculty was shared, along with plans for five students to undertake internships at the company next year to enhance their theoretical knowledge with practical application.
The meeting covered various aspects of bilateral relations, including prospects for further collaboration, individual professional development, certification programs, support for startup initiatives, scholarships for outstanding students, organization of master classes and training workshops, as well as the invitation of foreign and local experts to the university.
The meeting concluded with the signing of a cooperation agreement between the company and the university.
